Hello, all!
Just a quick update for tonight's event at the Catamaran Hotel: WEATHER CONTINGENCY In the event of inclement weather, we do have an alternate location inside the hotel for our gathering, so don't let a few clouds deter you! We will be sure to direct you to the festivities as you arrive. PARKING There is plenty of self parking to the left as you drive onto the property. We will enjoy a special rate flat rate for attendees of only $5 for self parking or $10 if you choose to take advantage of the hotel's valet service. EATS Menus will be available at the event should you wish to order some coconut shrimp or one of their restaurant's other yummy items. That's about it for now. See your smiling faces tonight! -- Kristine Cocktails in Historic Places |

THIS JUST IN:
It is official, we are moving our event indoors because it will likely be in the low 60's tonight. To find us: * Walk in the front door of the Catamaran Hotel -- and go up the stairs that you see in the lobby to your right. * At the top of the stairs, turn left and walk all the way down the hall to the left. * At the end of the hallway, you will see our group (and nametag table, bar etc) and directly ahead of you slightly to the right. FREE PARKING NEAR THE CATAMARAN: Two close places in the neighborhood of the Catamaran Hotel that have free street parking . . . There is usually street parking behind the hotel near the Intersection of Bayard Street and Braemar Lane. It is easy to park there and then just walk around the corner onto Pacific Beach Drive and around to the front of the hotel. Also: There is usually street parking on the far west-end of Oliver Avenue (near it's intersection with Bayard Street). Just park on Oliver, walk over to Bayard and make a right (walking south), turn right again and cross PB Drive at the traffic light crosswalk (going South). A few more steps and you'll see the front Entrance of the Catamaran. Just go to http://maps.google.co... -- Paul Cocktails in Historic Places |
